Orders that have not been shipped within 48 hours after placement may be canceled directly upon request.
If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer available. In such cases, you may wait for the delivery to be completed and then contact us to request a return and refund.
