Delivery coverage

We currently provide delivery services across Australia only.

Orders to destinations outside Australia are not supported at this time.

Shipping fees

  • Orders exceeding AUD 180 qualify for free delivery.

  • Orders below or equal to AUD 180 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AUD 18.99.

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Order cutoff time

  • Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM will begin processing on the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed starting the next business day.

  • Orders submitted on non-working days will be processed from the next available business day.

Order processing time

All orders require a handling period of 1–3 business days before shipment.

Estimated transit time

Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 8–15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

Shipping carrier

We use UPS as our logistics carrier to handle order delivery.
