2. User Accounts and Website Responsibility

  • Users must provide accurate information when creating an account.

  • We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by compromised account credentials.

  • Users are responsible for all activity conducted under their account.

3. Product, Inventory, and Pricing Information

  • Product descriptions and images are provided to inform customers of our offerings.

  • Prices and stock availability may change without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or stock levels.

4. Orders and Payments

  • Orders must be submitted through our website with accurate billing and delivery information.

  • Payment must be completed via supported methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).

  • Orders are only processed after successful payment authorization.

5. Shipping Policy

  • Delivery is available Australia-wide only; other countries are not supported.

  • Shipping fees: orders ≤ AUD 180 pay AUD 18.99, orders > AUD 180 enjoy free shipping.

  • Order processing time: 1–3 business days.

  • Estimated delivery time after shipment: 8–15 business days.

  • Cutoff time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM AEST/AEDT (Mon–Fri) are processed the same day; orders after 6:00 PM or on non-working days are processed the next working day.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders that have not been shipped within 48 hours can be canceled immediately.

  • Orders over 48 hours or already shipped: we suggest waiting for delivery and following our return process.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1–3 business days after cancellation approval.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Return period: within 30 days of delivery.

  • Conditions:

    • Product appearance defects

    • Quality defects

    • Odor or severe color differences

    • Wrong items

    • Returns without reason

  • Return process:

    1. Contact us via email or phone with your order number, payment proof, reason for return, and supporting photos/videos.

    2. If approved, you will receive return instructions and a designated return address.

    3. Send the item back and wait for inspection.

    4. Once verified, a refund will be issued.

  • Exchange process: Similar to returns, approved exchanges are shipped within 1–3 business days after verification.

  • Return label: Please use the provided return label to ensure proper tracking and processing. Unauthorized labels may delay handling.

  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping costs:

    • If the return is due to defects, appearance issues, odor, or wrong items: we cover shipping.

    • Returns without reason: customer bears shipping costs.

  • Responsibility: Customers must provide correct delivery information; improper use or damage may void return eligibility.

  • Maximum liability is limited to the order value.
