This shopping guide is designed to help you understand how to place an order, make a payment, receive delivery, and manage returns or cancellations at Auravivora (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “our store”). Please review the information below before making a purchase.

How to place an order

Shopping with our store is simple and fully online:

  1. Browse our website and select the items you wish to purchase.

  2. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.

  3. Enter accurate billing and delivery information.

  4. Review your order details before confirming payment.

  5. Submit your order and wait for confirmation.

Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Payment methods and process

Our store accepts credit and debit card payments, including Visa, MasterCard, and others.

Payment steps:

  1. Select a supported card at checkout.

  2. Enter your card and billing details securely.

  3. Confirm the payment.

  4. After authorization, your order will be processed.

Payments must be completed successfully before orders can move to the processing stage.

Order processing and cutoff time

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM will begin processing on the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed starting the next business day.

  • Orders placed on non-working days will be processed from the next working day.

All orders require 1–3 business days for handling before shipment.

Shipping information

Delivery coverage: Australia only

Shipping carrier: UPS

Shipping fees:

  • Orders over AUD 180: free delivery

  • Orders equal to or below AUD 180: AUD 18.99 shipping fee

Estimated delivery time: After shipment, delivery is expected within 8–15 business days.

Order tracking

After your order is placed, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment summary, and shipping details.

You can track your order on our website’s “Order Tracking” page by entering your email address or phone number along with your order number.

Order cancellation

  • Orders that have not been shipped within 48 hours can be canceled directly.

  • Orders placed over 48 hours ago or already shipped cannot be canceled.

If shipment has already started, you may wait for delivery and then contact us to request a return and refund.

Returns and refunds

Return period: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from delivery.

Return process:

  1. Contact us by email or phone and provide your order number, payment proof, reason for return, and photos or videos if applicable.

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

  3. Send the item back to the specified address.

  4. After inspection, a refund will be arranged if the return conditions are met.

Refund method and timing: Refunds are issued back to the original payment card (Visa, MasterCard). Refunds are usually completed within 1–3 business days, depending on the card issuer.
